This is clear by looking on the home page of this site, so that's no great revelation. Good domain name, I'd suggest.

 

Traffic was got from 2 banners plus I ordered forums posting. Banners: $25. Forums: $10. I think, it will be better to make directory submission ($25-$40). It will give stable stream of visitors plus boost site rankings.

To Wordsmith: this database can be sold by various affiliates from different websites. I will give this product for free to the new owner of the site.

Are you kidding me? It's 99.99% duplicate content, the site will be banned shortly if the new owner doesn't make his own original homepage/ landing page.

 

Who will ban? Google? If you are so frightened, you can change keywords and description in html. You can make even 100 sites with the same content and they will perfectly work. Anyway, the site is making money and everything else is not so important for me.
