Getting back on Adsense

I have a couple of sites that I used to use Adsense on until Google lost that court battle last year and my account was one of the thousands they closed due to suspected fraudulent clicks.

I have since re-applied several times to get a new account and all applications have been rejected.

Does anyone have any experience of getting a new account on Adsense after a ban? Is this going to be possible?

Yes, it's possible - but not honestly. You need to apply with a relative's name and address and place your code on sites unassociated with your previous account. Note that this is dishonest and I'm not condoning or encouraging this sort of behaviour! If you want to get back into AdSense in an honest manner you need to appeal your previous suspension. If you got suspended 6-months ago it'll be difficult to explain why you're only appeal now mind you. If you choose to appeal my guide to getting your AdSense account reinstated may be of some help.

You could establish a company (like an LLC), get an EIN number from the IRS, and set up a bank account. Then use this information to sign up, and it wouldn't be fraudulent to do it this way.

It will take some cash up front to form the company, and there is a lot that you have to do in order to set up and maintain a company, but depending on how much you make it could be worth it.

    Just a thought.

It is a very difficult to get reinstated once you get banned from Adsense. Why don't you try other similar services? Ofcourse Adsense is the best so far.

Try Kontera textlinks if you have good traffic. :)

Make sure you keep on googles butt about it. Act professional and make it clear you will comply with anything that they need to sort out the issue of the "fraud clicks" on your website.

Yes, there is TONS of stories of people NOT getting their account back, but then there are also lots of others who have successfully gotten it back, look what they did and use it ;)

Adsense is king, you'll find no other publisher program matches their payouts.
