    Fake BS.
The only people who know how much clicks pay are the advertisers and Google.
I'm surprised a site so stacked with keywords doesn't have AdSense on itself. Maybe it got banned?!

This is quite interesting actually. I wonder how true it is. I've been able to estimate CPC before by using adwords, and it's pretty reliable

Why not ask the author how he validates this?

It's bs. First off, CTR plays an important role in what you pay. The biggest flaw in that method is that they fail to mention (or don't even know) that google groups content search and Google Search/Network pricing. Google Search bids are always the highest and many advertisers don't even participate in "Content Search" - Content Search ads are the only inventory regular adsense publishers have access to. Even if an advertiser was bidding $10 for google search, they could bid 30 cents for Content Search. Only Google Search gets the $10 bid - publishers running adsense would get the 30 cent bid (which google then takes a percentage of) and if the advertiser doesn't participate in "Content Search" - that ad wouldn't even show on an adsense site.
