    This simply means that you can go to their site, view the articles and even download them to your hard drive. But putting them on your website is not for personal use, it's for public use, and it's prohibited:

    Did you want to make a bid, or are you simply posting in this thread because you have nothing better to do than stir things up? Looking at your site www.sensecolumn.com, the first post i see is "AdSense reps are misleading the publishers". You also claimed that "AdSense reps are not educated enough about program policies," That could be labeled as slander. If all adsense reps are ignorant when it comes to their job, then why is Adsense one of, if not the best ad networks? You could say it as "I think..I beleive..It seems ..." etc,.. Worry more about your own blog and the potential legal ramifications then my thread on DP :)



    1. Then, if that's how you interpret the license agreement, then go find another news source. There are millions if not billions of sites on the net. I'm sure you could find a source.

    2. That still doesn't change the fact that the site you clam has a copyright to ALL articles it producces even though it syndicated some of the news itself.

    Not to mention, they display images of game covers and screenshots of unreleased games (which they do NOT have the copyright to). So they're license agreement is kind of hypocritical.

    3. I know one of the writers and he could care less either way.

    "The saint" they auction ends in 2 days, and you'll probably win. All of the details will be explained after the end of the auction.

    I have an offer of $30 for one of the sites though. Did you want to keep all of the sites together (As a network)?
