The saying that 'Sex' Sells in marketing is actually quite true. Think about it, when you browse some videos on YOUTUBE, the most viewed ones are the ones that make people laugh and the ones that use 'sex' to get lots of page views to their video. By sex you do not have to upload something sexual, but the key could be in the wording or the title of the video. I tried an experiment before, and turns out I just changed the title to something controversial and immediately I had traffic to my videos. It might be untargeted traffic but if you have a funny video or a controversial one then you can redirect the people to your website and add Adsense to your pages. Just thought I would share the following tips with you. 1) Use HUMOR to make people laugh - people love to be entertained. Make sure your video is funny, werid and at the same time uses humor. 2) Sexy controversial videos will get the most page views so you might want to use a thumbnail image of a famous celebrity. 3) Keep your audience guessing - curious people are the best ones for traffic using videos. So make sure you include phrases in your video such as... "Do you really really want to see this video? Are you sure? Make them curious! Thanks guys

Yes, one gimmick you see a lot of but still seems to work is this: "See naked pictures of [insert name of sex symbol here]". Then talk about something else but make it funny. That mixes both sex and humor and it works, even though its an obviously sleazy tactic.
