Hard to tell without revenue and stats

 

If you tell us there revenue and stats than it would be easy for us to tell you the price.

Good point.

The site makes about $30/mo in adsense revenue and $9/mo in PayPal subscriptions. Gets around 500 impressions/day according to AdSense, 250 uniques. The site has a PR3 and a SEOmoz Page Strength of 2.5-

You can also see backlinks from there. It did have a Page Strength of 4 but I haven't been advertising it as much lately in forum footers and such.
