Need a Custom Flash Player Skin

I need the services of someone who can create a custom flash player skin. I'd like it too be a clone of the skin used at break.com - if you pause the break.com player a large pause button appears in the middle of the video. I'd like this feature PLUS for a start button to appear at the beginning (don't want my videos to auto-play).

Can anyone do this and how much will it cost me ?
