I like this thread, we should get some interesting answers out of this one. I chose index-it as my directory name well because that is what I want the search engines to do. I want them to come by and not only index my directory but I also want them to follow the links that are listed and index them as well. Not sure if I can put it any better than that. Oh, I chose .net over .com because it sounded better.
