    I don't think so
    A dash - can't drop the value of a domain at reg.fee with 12,800,000 results in google already but i forgot you just think and appraise, you don't research

    If you have an interested buyer charge $40, he will say no how about $30, than you accept!

    The dash absolutely kills the domains value. If you can get $30 or $40 you just got an awesome deal!

    Talk with the buyer and try to understand how much this domain is neccessary to him
