Put a warning before linking to something like that. Where is the TOS violation, I didn't even see adsense on it.

    (not work safe)

I see it. The adsense comes after the joke on the "just kidding page".

How do you figure this might violate the Terms and Conditions? I don't see anything wrong with having ads here.

Reference a certain section and we can discuss.

I like it. I don't see the harm personally - I'd hardly call that pornography either!

All depends upon what definition is being used and who is defining it. Personally, it's not something I'd get bent out of shape about, but my point is that there really needs to be some firm definitions of what is allowed and what isn't, otherwise you can be banned depending upon mood of who it gets reported to. By the strictest definition, I WOULD have to say it's against TOS.

Be interesting to have the owner submit the site for approval as a test case.

Google makes a distinction between pornography, adult, and mature. If it's not porn (I'm not making that call) then it probably DOES fit into the adult or at least the mature category.

I would agree it is mature content, and personally, I wouldn't take a chance putting adsense on a site like this.

    IMHO - tasty

lolll, I find that very clever and kinda cool. Well the adsence is not really on the page itself of the animation so dont think it would count right?

No, not the way I read it...check the policies I posted above...Sites displaying Google ads may not include: (they don't say PAGES but the entire SITE)

That's why it would be really nice to have an Active Google Rep on this board to offer advice/insight into things like this.
