Get yourself checked by doctor. After performing some test on me there was a small problem behind my weight. Now lost 6 KGs without stopping eating anything by changing my eating habits and starting jsut 45 minute walk daily. Ask doctor please.
I'm not going to read every post, but cutting out pops and etc. and replacing with milk, water, and juice is a good start. Cutting back on food as a whole is not a good thing, what you should be focused on is replacing bad food with good food.

What's you're goal? 145 lbs at your height is not heavy at all for a dude. If you want to lose fat, increase your muscle mass; muscle will burn fat.
that's what I gathered too! in which case that would be a huge mistake. 5'6" 146 sounds about right...what makes you think you need to loose another 10-15? trying to get down to your fighting weight or did the Calvin Klein underwear people give you a target weight to reach for your upcoming shoot??
Oh! I also misunderstood. 'All water diet' sounds like you are skipping out on food - fasting. Not drinking sodas, coffee and such is good idea. I recently started adding sea salt to my water based on some info I'd recently read. Might be something worth checking into. I usually start my day with some orange juice with calcium but the rest is all water. I find it difficult to drink soda now (though I usually had no more than one a day even when I used to drink it).
Yes, that is what you should do.. IT really does work... but you are still going to eat something right? Or do you mean just drink water and thats it... because that wouldn't be good
ok people ... here is a simple formula so i learned in my med. class long time ago. Your weight in pounds x 15 = Total amount of calories your body needs. Now if you take more calories than that than you'll gain and if you take less than you'll loose... and its not sufficient to loose more than 2 - 3 lbs per week, so do it right otherwise u r putting urself in danger.. all i got to say.
don't forget about vitamins if you're cutting out juice especially. Nothing will work right if you don't have minimal amounts of vitamins/day at least. They are the catalyst for everything, and some deficiencies can be nasty (think scurvy lol).
