Well,it happen to me..i got scammed..i bought a site, paid for it with my CC via PP and now the guy has blocked off cpanel access and has not pushed the domain to me.So,since i paid with my cc,and i put that the payment was for a tangible good, not a website,is there going to be a big deal getting my $300 back?

In situation such as this, the burden of proof lies with the seller. Since he cannot proof physically delivery, he would not be protected under the Seller Protection Policy. I think if you raise a dispute over the payment, you stand a fighting chance. Just be prepared to furnish any claims of misconduct by the offending party.

Cool! If he does not respond in a day or so, file a Paypal dispute and let Paypal be in the loop. You know if there is enough complains about him, he may get his account frozen at paypal in which he could only issue refunds :)

    All the best!

If you paid with Credit Card (Paypal CC payment), then I am certain you will get your money back (in case of a dispute). This happened to me 3-4 times and every time payee won the dispute (I got scammed :S).
Anyways give him a chance and I can't wait for his name to be disclosed if he don't answer :)

    Good LUCK

Yes - you stand a good chance to fight this one...

Hope all goes well, else do disclose the scamster so all on DP can be careful dealing with him.

If you file a paypal dispute then I believe you can win it as the seller cant provide any delivery proof and I guess as you paid via CC so maybe chargeback is the last option .
btw is he a DP member ?
