Payments are in progress

at 26th feb i have seen that my payments are in progress
at 28the feb i have seen in my adsense account that " Payments issued" but i didnt recieve any payment.... what is meant by payment issued and payments in progress???????

is thatmean that someone else has recieved my payments?

 

Just mean that they have sent the check. It may take time to reach depending on which type of delivery you have selected. if you are outside US, it makes sense to select an express delivery via DHL at $24 extra.

my payment status show at 28th feb. my cheque dispatched, but till today i not received cheque.

If it is sent via regular mail then it may take upto 3-4 weeks. If you think that you are never gonna receive the check, you can email adsense and ask them to cancel the check and then request via secure delivery (costs $25).

Yes, If you think that your check must've lost in mail, you can contact adsense team and ask them to cancel the check. They will refund the money in your adsense account and will add that in next payment cycle.

 

A cheque can be cancel if it is not paid yet or did not delivered to the bearer, you can ask them to cancelled it and use other means of payment to settle the bill.
