What I need to be paid?

    Hello, I'm Spanish and I can only get paid via check, do I need to send a FAX to be paid? Just that.

    Yes, I know. You do not need to send the W-8BEN tax form.

    Those papers are for US affiliates for tax purposes only. Since you are not a US citizen you are required to fax it back.

    Actually, W-8BEN form sent are for non-US citizens.
