I was curious and wondered if anyone earns enough (on this forum) to not go out and work, but to work from home? So they can basically live off adsense? I personally wouldn't quit my job for adsense mainly because adsense could probably kick you off their program (reasons i've heard) for nothing you've done wrong. But they accuse you (aparently) for not following the rules. Also you can't never be to specific for how much Adsense earnings you could make every month. If you do live off adsense, how much do you currently earn off how many websites?
Whenever this type of question has come up (perfectly valid though) there are always more fantasy than fact. I reckon the norm is that 2% of people actually make real money from adsense and the rest are just wannabes.
depend on where you live. If you live in country that has low average income, you can easily live off Adsense.
I made almost 100K through ypn last year so it's quite possible. Not many people do it or have any idea how to do it though. I remember back 3 or 4 years ago I was making a killing off of adsense. It's far more difficult to do now.
If I moved to Mexico I could live off my adsense/YPN/affiliate commissions. However I like california too much so it will take a bit longer.
you cant just live off that, you create assets and bo0m get money from different places all the time to keep the cashflow
yup i agree. here in the Philippines earning $2.5k/month is already very high and can live off with that amount. the average filipino only earns like P15,000 (Peso) / month. So thats roughly about $300/month. since i just graduated from college, i can live off with $2.5k all to myself
Those people who start getting $2k or more per month for Adsense always finds Adsense contribute to around20-30% of their income alone. You need a decent traffic to earn anything in 1000s, and once you start getting them, you start monetizing your blog/site/app through different sources.
nope, I don't think so...hehe. a lot of people here are earning much higher than me, but not with Adsense of course. you see, the Philippines experiences this "unequal distribution of wealth" thing. 2 filipinos even made it to the top billionaires in the world while some developed countries only has 1 or none. and many die because of hunger. ironic isn't it? the rich are gettin richer and the poor are gettin poorer here. Lucio Tan: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucio_Tan Henry Sy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_Sy that really sucks.
