Can you use the same google analytics code for all sites?

    Or do you have to create a seperate profile for each site?

    To tracking the visitors of two different site u have create separate profile in google analytics.

    but wat if u use the same code, pretty interesting, anybody tried as to wat would happen.
    Not asking some1 to do it, just asking wat mite happen.

    let you have two site site 1 & site2
    You put the analytic code of site 1 on site 2, so site 2 also going to saw the same no of visitors of site 1

    you should always create a new profile for every site, which means each google analytics code generated should be placed in its corresponding websites.

    No, you'd see the total visitors for both sites.

    yea i am saying that u can only see the no of visitors the site 1 have but if in site 2 if u put the analytic code of site 1 & the analytic code of site 2 then when u open google analytics site 2 shows the traffic of 2 sites

    Is google analytics data real-time or delayed? If its delayed, I might enter stacounter code instead.

    i think its a little delayed, i usually recommend awstats, its pretty good
