I got my refund and also told the seller that if he's not able to keep a promise then he should have the decency to inform the buyer to avoid this kind of drama.
(reputation counts indeed, but it'll never beat the facts)

I will not respond to this slander. I stand behind my reputation and offered a full refund. Services were delivered, period. Will not respond further.

I am unimpressed that zomega didn't stand by his words or retract them publicly. Instead we have this "removed content" with no idea what unfounded accusations they once contained.

Guys - was the deal done here in the first place? zomega has only a handful of posts!

Yes, I told the user 48 hours and it took 50 hours, on a weekend of all things, SORRY! If you look at my itrader, I have a LONG history of paying instantly and delivering instantly but it was the weekend and things get backed up and then the user decides to go postal because amongst my 100+ pm's a day (admin, feel free to confirm) I got backed up. I then offered an immediate refund and the user goes postal on me. Again, I stand behind my reputation and anyone who knows me and has done business with me knows that.

All and all, I gave an immediate refund.

Well, i editted my post to avoid more drama about this, but if you're curious to why.

    To be short;

    - I bought a service from pc_user at 08 Mar 2007.
    - He replied within 48 hours it'll be delivered
    - Today i woke up to check pending deals and i saw it still was not delivered
    - Up to this point i sent him various PM's to inform if there is a problem despite that he was EVERY day online
    - No replies received
    - After i created this thread and draw his attention in public ALL OF A SUDDEN
he reacted and started calling me newbie, drama person and to my surprise ALL OF A SUDDEN the service was delivered right after this.

So that's why i have nothing to fear, and also wrote in my previous post that i invite ANY ADMIN of DP to login to my account and check the timeline and facts i state.

Having 1000 posts and 117 itrade points doesn't always give some one the right to bash a newbie and automatically blame it is his fault. Sure i'm a newbie here at DP, but that's all what pc_user knows.

So despite this drama with pc_user i explained him my point of view and since he finally delivered the service i couldn't care less about still being refunded. But i think i stepped on his toes so he refunded me and took his service back. He only offered a refund just the last hour or so while he finally reacted to my public post, any admin of DP can check my PM's to see i didn't even ask for a refund since i only wanted to know if i was being played and if so then i would take further steps.

Too bad it has to go like this but i hope he learns that keeping his promises makes a deal stand or fall.

I think this drama has gone on long enough. I admited I was late in deliverying which as anyone knows is very rare, I appologized and offered a refund if the user was unhappy.

While I would imagine like most, it would stay at that, this was not the case with this user. I would suggest that this thread be closed as it should never have been opened to begin with, like I said, a full and immediate refund was already given, so I am not sure what more there is here.

Of course as I imagine, the OP will respond with more drama rather than leaving this be. Stay tuned.

I'm glad you admit at least that it was your fault. And yes, we're only humans and mistakes indeed happen. This all was not needed if you simply told me that you are delayed or reacted on my PM's.

Although i didn't ask for a refund, you got angry and started the refund process which is still pending (so a final refund has not occured yet). I told you already, i couldn't care less of a refund since you finally delivered the service after some noise so i was willing to accept the situation.

You are very emotional, so voluntarily started the refund process and withdrew your service. All not needed but if you feel i hurt your feelings then so be it. For me it's only business and facts. That's why i don't delete my PM's in case later i have to proof to DP team how things went between me and a seller.

For me this thread can be locked, but if you insist then this thread will never end.

If it were only business and facts, you wouldn't have gone through all this. See, unlike this situation, I don't have time to go to pieces over $25 and someone being late, if that were the case, everyone on this forum would be complaining about one another.

It was nothing personal, at least by me, I don't need the $25 so I get the freedom to choose who I do business with and that's business. And again, the refund was given so why you continue to draw out the drama I haven't a clue.

    Let's see what's next.

As i said, i didn't even ask for a refund, i only needed to know if i was being played and only after a public post i got a life-sign from pc_user and all of a sudden the service was delivered.

So i was willing to accept the situation and keep it on miscommunication (i wrote this in PM to him too) but he kept making a drama of it and after the service was given he withdrew it within minutes after and started the refund process.

Anyway, i have no personal grudge against this guy, and i extended a friendly hand to him but he pushed it away, this is the only reason why i'm still writing this and didn't have my breakfast yet.

If depends on me, no hard feelings pc_user, wish you luck in doing more business and this thread can be locked.

(btw refund process is still pending, not completed)

I am not sure how many times to say this but once again, I apologize for being a few moments late. I always took DP as a place of adults with some level of patience and understanding but that unfortunately is not always the case and again why this continues when an immediate refund has been given is way beyond me. I guess everyone needs a rep, good or bad.

Thanks all for the support and great comments both here and by PM. Love working with you all too :)

Admin please close this thread, I think the OP has had enough.

Seriously do you have to add the extra little bit to drag it out longer, he has explained what has happened ( more than once ) and you have all but got your refund. Drop it

And I personally have done business with pc_user with no dramas at all :)

I'm not dragging it out mate, i'm only reacting to other people reacting on my thread. I don't see where i am forbidden to give a reply to people in my thread ?

And yes, refund process is not completed, still pending. I also told pc_user to stop sending me PM's calling me names and such. People have so many different masks, one for the public and one in private. (luckily any admin can login to my account to see his PM's to me !)

As i said way earlier, this thread can be locked, but if people keep posting then there is a chance i will reply, not going to sit silent and let some one bash me for something i'm not to blame for.

probably irrelevant now. but i saw the original post. he said pc_user never responded to him despite being active on DP. something about 8th march and 13th march. i remember he called pc_user a scammer, then asked how can he get in contact with pc_user or DP admin.
