    A niche that will make you loads of money? Most people who want to milk AdSense for all it's worth go for health/legal type sites - sites with words like mesothelioma, personal injury, liability, car insurance, compensation in the content and domain name. They stack their pages with these words too in an effort to attract high paying ads - quite sad really, and not fooling anyone.

    I'm having trouble believing you're really that interested in it. If you are, then do it because you are interested not for the keyword value. Sounds pretty MFA to me.

    I second this. Finance, Business, Health pays a lot. The best way to figure out is see how high you have to pay in adwords and you are sure IMO to make more for those niches.
