is this permissable

    I have shifted my server and for the name servers to point to the
    domain name will take some time. The domain name, it seems, has been
    propagated fully in US. What i want to know is whether i can safely
    use a US proxy to upload my files till it get propagated here fully?
    Is it against adsense?

    If its part of changing host, i think it should be fine. Lots of people change hosts.

    Definitely, there is no problem with this. In fact, you can use your AdSense on multiple domains.

    it's no problem. You have just shifted. That's not against the adsense terms and conditions.
