    Could you please suggest me how should I market a website for lead generation for UK Loans & Mortgages etc.

    What points should I keep in mind in terms of design, content etc and of course, SEO...

    Try to build links from relevant niche i.e. Link exchange. Contact websites with the same niche as yours. ;)

    its a difficult one as lots of people ofer these services
    maybe think laterally
    you want over 18's from the UK to visit your site

    visit UK based adult / dating sites and try and get links
    it might not seem natural but there your audience
    they dont just spend money on porn and dating!!
