I wish I could say I was a satisfied customer, but I am still waiting for mine to be finished.... All I have gotten so far is a very empty, unstyled vb forum.... I do get some empty promises here and there though via PM...

 

Agreed. I'm not totally giving a negative on the service yet, but I have been getting unfufilled promises as well. I have been told about 7 times "It will be done today I promise."

 

Watch out for this guy! Read some of his other threads and you will see what I'm saying.

 

The same has been done for me, all promises so far unfulfilled. I have given him 24hours to produce some sort of results before I take this up with other bodies such as PayPal to recover the funds.

I don't see how this CAN'T be a scam,, your offering a leaced vB ( 85$) and an extreempixle style (30$) everything setup, any mods and hacks for 30$

it's the same old thing.. when it's to good to be true....

I blogged about it. I don't care if he even finishes it (which he won't). He already scammed that guy with WoWcrave.net (sold it here at DP, then just posted it up for sale at Sitepoint).

wow looks good and sorry you lost your money. yea its only 30 but hey that could of helped for hosting and other things.

i started a service like this on here after seeing this scam. i cant post the link here as it would be thread jacking but its around.

i say ask for your money back and see if it gets resolved. the moderators should look into his account to see if hes a regular scammer or not. good luck guys and ill hope for the best.

Two completely different sites, hows that got anything to do with each other?

I'd love to see anyone balance what I'm currently doing within two weeks how about I list it?

I goto school evey day, monday-friday 6;30am - 4:30pm.
I also have work after school, which is a real job, a real appretineship as a chef which is 5pm-11pm every night.
I also work all weekend, from 7am-11pm saturday AND sunday.
I have to fit my girlfriend in between any spare time I have, as she means alot to me.
I have to help my mum out with my brothers and sisters.

I also have 25 + Websites, to complete along with all of the crap I listed about withint 2 weeks.

Which is installing, Modding, Target traffic.

I'd pay over $5,000 USD to see anyone do what I do in two weeks.

 

Well if you cant handle the workload you shouldn't have accepted the jobs, seems like pretty simple common sense to me. Or seen as you have so many jobs to complete hire someone to help you out. There are some pretty great deals kicking around on DP I'm sure if your serious and have proof all is legit then you would be able to find a partner.

Oh and BTW seems like just more excuses to me.

 

I've stopped accepting new clients.

I have staff, but the bastards are being lazy. They also have lives, somewhat some users on DP I believe don't.

I've emailed // PMED al lclients with new updated stuff to their site, and we aplogize for the dDos and downage attack on our server today, seems thats been fixed.

 

lol we should start accepting bids and odds on what tomorrows excuse will be.

I hate to be a complainer, but I ordered 10 - 12 days ago and this is what I have: http://www.domainnameforumz.com (a fresh vb install). No mods, no members, no customizations, not even a logo or anything......

If you can't do the job, there is a simple solution:
Don't offer the service.

 

I got no email/PM with any updates. My site doesn't even load up now. You were working on it and talking to me on IM. You were about 3/4 way done with adding the categories, and I told you I was going to take a shower. I come back, you're signed off, categories are incomplete, and there's no progress for the next two days.

 

Well so far I have got nothing. I don't even have a forum on mine.
