average payout for a site with 1.5K unique visitors

Could someone please possibly give me a range or (what they've received) or an idea of what the payout should be for a site w/ 1.5 K hits?

I know it's very varied but I'm just wondering because my site gets 1.5 unique everyday but I only get less than $2.

    Thank you.

$15-20 is very high for 1500 hits, he did not say uniques. Even for uniques its very high.

That is about what I see also for my stock market site. I guess it depends on the subject matter of your site.

he said 1.5k unique visitors in the title.

if it is 1.5k unique visitors then 2$ is very low, depending on your niche i'd say you should probably have atleast 6$ or more. if its 1.5k hits/pageviews then 2-4$ for a low paying niche.

    exactly, id say maybe 3-6$ with 1.5k visitors at a 1.00% - 3.00% CTR

I don't think that $300 eCPM is out of the question. When I first started I was averaging about $120 eCPM. When I spread my wings a bit, I got down to about $60 eCPM.

That puts you in the $90-$450 range, but I didn't give a hoot about repeat traffic. I viewed my job as getting visitors through free SERPs, and passing them off quickly to someone with a relevant ad.

1500 impressions, for me, was in best moment 20$ daily
don´t think in ctr 2-3%, you need beginn to think in ctr 10-15%, because is completly possible

30 a day is possible with 1.5K hits? wow.
do you guys have any advice or tips, or maybe you can link me to your blog.

this is really demotivating haha. i work really hard in writing each articles but the click through rate is incredibly low - 0.56 percent, not even ONE!

like what kinds of ads do you guys use or would you suggest for my site?
is it because of the placement or the niche? I thought Vista was a good niche since it will soon be mainstream but maybe I'm wrong? As well, I rly like to toy with PCs.

thanks for your tips so far

yes it all depends on the niche...on one of my sites, 1500 uniques would make $1000 daily ;-)

It depends on ALL of the following:

    1) The topic of your site (are your visitors inclined to click on related ads)

    2) How well your site servrs your visitors (do you leave them wanting additional information or do you totally satisfy them)

    3) The relevancy of the ads served by Google (is your site topic one for which Google has relevant ads of interest to your visitors)

    4) The payout per click (is your topic one that attracts high-paying advertisers - high CPC ads)

    5) Ad placement (are your ads placed in a position and format that invites your visitors to click)

    6) Visitor relevancy (are your visitors coming to your site expecting to find what you are offering -- or something else)

thank you for your advice, but the problem is that I cannot identify it. I know what things are needed. I've taken a lot of time in writing the content but I'm not sure why my CTR is not even 1 percent.

Is it because of my niche? I don't knwo why its so low =(

CTR is usually a combination of ad placement and targeting.

However, there are types of sites that just don't convert well, forums are notorious for anemic CTRs.
