changing Blog Directory Please help!!

    I have a blog that is not in root directory but in sub directory like /blog. Please tell me the way how to Put this Blog in to the main root directory with out any hard work...
    Please tell me easiest way cause i not a professional!!;)

    go to options and edit wordpress and blog address right?

    are you sure ?? or just guessing??Please give a detailed answer..cause i have 200 blog post and i dont want to destroy them:)
