So, far reading all posts, I think here is the problem that we all have:

Business verified A/c: Same limitation that an unverified A/c have

Premiere accounts: Most unlucky peoples. All limits set to 0

Unverified Personal accounts: No changes for them

YIAM did you use up the new limits? As in withdraw $500 this month & have withdrawn $3000 altogether until now

i think its just a temporary problem .In the morning I saw 500$ withdrawal limit in my premier account. Now it is 0$. So I think there is just some problem at their end , which hopefully will be resolved soon.

They are concentrating on getting feedbacks not in providing Customer Support.

Well I got this in PayPal policy updates - Can be found at the extreme lefty of your account overview.

We already know about the credit card limit. But, they have also mentioned about -
They have said they will amend terms of Payments (sending receiving & withdrawals.)

So IMO , it is a permanent change

    Regards
    Ishan

No way a permanent change dude.. What use will a payment processor be of, if you can only withdraw 3000$ for lifetime? Think about it :)

    Regards,
    Kulwinder.
