partnership agreement?

    Hi, I want to devide my business 75/25 with my partner... and I'm not sure how to write that in the legal document, can u give me a suggestion? or a link to a draft would be nice,

    I've a standard form! I couldn't find any that could describe limited partnership such as mine.

    okay, I'm in Europe.

    anyhow, where can I find samples of limited partnership agreement? I found several pdf but they are not editable and I cannot write in my data.

    Well, never mind then (but that's why it's good to say where you are when you ask a legal question).
    You may have to simply print them out to fill in the information. You'll need printouts anyway for the two of you to sign.

    yes I know about print outs, but the file I found has some comments and its not pritable :( pdf closed doc

    Probably more than you are needing or looking for, in terms of complexity, but should provide some guidance.
