    So report him/her/it to AdSense. Just click on one of the 'Ads by Gooogle' links and paste the URL where he/she/it left the comment. They'll sort the rest.

    I agree. The wording of the post suggests it could be someone trying to get him/her banned. We will never know. Its best to send an email advising them and see what happens.
