50$ Logo Contest for facility management company Website

Hi Guys,


I am in need of a logo for our facility management company (particularly cleaning but also other services done at buildings, etc). You can have a look at the website: www.leksgebaeudedienste.de ). The following things are associated with our company: cleanliness, hygiene, reliability, humour, friendliness, brightness and clarity. Therefore, the LOGO also should reflect this.

It should be a rather high pixel amount, because the LOGO also will be used for other stuff, e.g. banners, large stickers, letter head etc.

It should include the text:

"Lek’s Gebäudedienste”

The “ä” is a German letter, the so called “A-Umlaut”.

The new logo should not be like the one I use now. Use your imagination and surprise me, then the 50$ (via paypal) will be yours. Please post all your designs until 14 days from today (23.03.07), then I will announce the winner. I need the logo in photoshop format.

Have fun, I will give my feedback every 2 days or so!"

can the logo be a mascot or does it have to be a design that suggests the service you offer ? kindly let us know . thanks

 

The logo should reflect the services that we offer. If you design a mascot that cleans a house or something like that, it would be fine with us. Remember, we will accept any design, as long it will make us have confidence it will draw customers. Whether stylish, cartoon-like, modern, plain..... it should reflect cleanliness, hygiene, reliability, humour, friendliness, brightness and clarity (at least 2 or more of there properties). We are open for any designs. Creativity will win the 50 Bucks .

This is my opinion of how I see your site logo. I concentrated on blue, because it fits your site colors and cause that is something which reminds me on clean and fresh. Those are a few versions on the primary blue theme, it can be edited of course. It has no background, just because you need it for some other purposes, like paper printing, banners, stickers etc, so I had that in mind to be easy printable and visible.

thank you for your logo proposal.
The logos you offered me is not what I need.
I need a more expressive style of lettering.
Moreover you can also use other cleaning symbols, like for example a bucket with water and foam in it or a women who is cleaning ....
You can also make it more humorous so it can look a little bit funny, too.

Otherwise you can make also other logo proposals without any cleaning symbols and instead you take a building as a symbole or you just create a emblem that fits to facility management.
So check it out.

your first try is very good. The lettering is very nice and particularly the symbol above the letter “s” is very nice. Something in this style is great. The framing of the lettering looks good. The picture on the left of the lettering has the right style und is very close to my expectations, but it would be very good if you could replace this “cartoon man” with a kind of funny “cartoon cleaning woman” wearing cleaning uniform/clothing with a cleaning cloth, a bucket and a cleaning mop or a cleaning machine. Beside that, it would be great if this cleaning woman would smile or laugh and she should watch in the direction of the viewer of the LOGO. Moreover, the colors should be adapted to the colors of our website (they should fit to our website!!).
Your second try is also good but please adjust along what I have written above.

Not clear about the feedback. I don't have a cleaning person in my entry. I am away until Tuesday.
