    Hello DPIANS!

My site has started to drop slowly and well, this is the first time that I have had some serious traffic and a serious ranking in Google for a niche and a keyword that's very popular and has gazillionsss of pages in Google's index. We achieved something huge and ONLY because of the help and advice that we get here. All of you have been wonderfuly amazing all this time!

We need your help (again) lol... like I said, our site has started to drop and fall back on SERP. We want to get back to where we were and may be even achieve a better position.

What should I do in order to make sure that my site does not falls any more? How to recover? Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks and best regards,
    Zee

Without knowing how you got your rankings and why you have lost them its going to be quite hard to tell you how to get them back.

There is only 1 way really. Get lots of high quality blogs to link to your site. Use reviewme.com and pay them if you have to.

First, you need to log into your Google Sitemap account. You will find many useful information there :)

Are you losing inbound links compared to previous months?

Google ranking is relative. If you do not continue to develope your site and gain back-links, you will fall behind.

I would just suggest you that take a view of your competitors sits that what they are doing for the time being...... carry on to get their IBL and try to get link from there...... Your ranking were good first bcz your competitors were doing poor seo and now they went to do hard work....... hence you lose SERP in google .......dont worry about it try to get more and worthy links from directories, classified, articles, press release etc .... than you can easily beat your competitor .......

    regards

First, log in to the page, statistics -> Page Analysis. You will see how Googlebot see your site internally and externally. Is there any keywords changes from the last time you check in? If there's a difference, you will be able to narrow down whether its the inbound links or internal re-structure that causes this.

Next, check out the Query stats under the Statistics tab. Any difference from the past? I think you will get a lower hits due to the drop but just to confirm.

You should also take note of the recent crawl date. Has the bots been crawling your site regularly?

I'm also experiencing that, some of my targeted keyword fall and some were gone. I'm still waiting for my rankings to comeback. Right now I'm getting more links and use my targeted keywords as anchor text.

Submitting to search engines does nothing to help your rankings.

I'm not sure Google sees back-links as important as they use to. In my industry, the top 3 sites have little or no back-links! I'm still trying to figure out why they deserve such high SERP...?

Zee, how often is your content updated? Are you still constantly building incoming links from quality sites with related content?

    Sometimes ....

When (regular search result pages) became (supplemental result pages) might cause SERP rankings # go down quickly.

    so

To keep sites or links away from becoming supplemental result pages may help. I think.
