    I have a verified Indian paypal account. The withdrawl limit was $2500, ttoday I noticed the withdrawl limit has been decreased to $500.

    Ipod seems to be right - too many Indians are withdrawing too much funds and paypal cannot pay any more to Indian users ;)

    on a serious note, unless it is a maintainance issue, it could also mean that the withdrawal limit is being raised to $3000? :) Does this seem a possibility?:D

    Cant you read what is written there. Monthly limit is 500$ which was 2500$ . Total limit was unlimited and now is 3000$. Total limit means, total amount of money you can withdraw from your paypal account. After that you cant make any more withdrawals
