    Revenue Details: I started promoting the site since last pr update (21 days ago, I got pr6 homepage and pr5 inner pages). Since that day I started getting submissions, so in 40 days I earned $850 through directory text links. I also started selling sitewide text links, but after I sold 4 links I preferred not to sell anymore as I planned to sell the site; I sold text links for $30/month, the four that are on the site were sold for 3 months each, you can sell 10 and earn $300 a month from selling sitewide text links.
    So total revenue in just 40 days is $970 (didn't count the other 2 months for the 4 text links), notice I didn't sell all sitewide text links I could, cause if I did I could have made much more: $1150 in 40 days ($862/month)

    Traffic:
    1287 visits in february
    382 in March until today

    none :) all the backlinks will remain :) the only one that wont is the one from www.clarib.com as it is not mine any more, you can talk to the new owner to keep the link if u want to

    In the ad it reads that 21 days ago he started selling sitewide links for 3 months. So that would be a little over 2 months.

    yeah I did some more checking, it seems legit. Are you sure all the existing backlinks are permanent? The majority of them appear to be purchased or traded.

    Majority of them are from my own sites, :) so I can assure they will remain, however there are some that were purchased, but just a few of them.
