What happened to my PR?

One of my sites PR has been reduced to PR 3.

Is this due to recent G oogle PR policy changed?

Likely you lost links to your site, or the sites linking to your site themselves don't have the high PR they used to.

hehehehe, I just recently visited Dmoz and my toolbar gave it a PR of 0. Refresh and it's the same.
    Today, it's back to 9.

Yes, sometimes this is the issue with your browser. Try to reload to see if the PR changes :)

Well none of your inner pages have any PR so I can't imagine how strong your initial PR was. You probably purchased a sitewide or had a few links from high PR sites that either dropped your link or their PR.

Also, just a suggestion in usability, it's really annoying how you have all your inner links opening in a new page.

Could be many factors. You may of lost some quality links or PR in your site from the home page may of spread to other pages within your site.

    Hi,

    I appreciate all your feedbacks.

I just checked my website PR history using a tool...

I found out that my site PR before December 2006
was 4 then in December dropped down to 3 then
in January 2007 came back to 4... then in February
dropped down again to 3 until now.

I would like to guess the cause is duplication of my
website because I have other 2 Domains that have
same contents. I have these 3 same sites running
in 2006 and never drop any of my PR until recently.

Now I remove the duplicate contents and G oogle
were very slow to index or refresh their database.

I can't give the url of my site now because I'm
afraid G oogle will somehow penalized sites for
    posting in forums.

    What do you think?

    Thanks,

    Jason

Are you linking to any PR0 sites? this can also dramatically decrease the PR and rankings in your site

duplication of website has nothing to do with PR. PR is based solely on incoming links.

Trust me posting your url is the least you can do. you are probably already in deep doo doo for duplicating the site.

    Is it a directory?

You aren't even able to post live url's yet so it wouldn't really matter. But no, google will never penalize for posting a url in a forum...especially if you only do it once.

Yes I'm linking to many PR 0 sites and to PR 3 and above sites.

My website is not a directory, I tried the PR Prediction Tool and
    it says PR 3 (3.2).

Any help how to get back my PR to PR 4 again faster?

Sometimes your PR goes up or down without doing anything.
