Some Ads Disappeared... why?

    I have the site www.IsItaGoodDeal.com

This morning I noticed that 2 of my ads on the front page arent showing up, there is one that is supposed to run across the left side, the tower style ads that isnt showing up and a horizontal on the bottom of the subject line of the second post.

The vertical one should show up like it does on this page:
    http://www.isitagooddeal.com/2007/03/06/how-reliable-are-carfax-reports/

But for some reason the front page isnt showing it suddenly, no code was changed.

Any reasons why this would happen?

The answer is you have too many ads on that page. According to the Google TOS, you can only have 3 ad codes on one page. I see codes for (2) 468x60, (1) 468x15, and (1) 120x600. That's too many. :D

You can only have 3 ad units and 1 link unit.

Try putting one of the link units in, they convert very well for me.

Now that you mention it, I'm confused

I had one ad unit running across the left side, then I had a link unit on top of the posts and one ad unit below the posts... so techincally I should have been fine right ?

You have 3 AD UNITS in your WP theme they are 468x60

you can ALSO add a LINK UNIT to it.

    See your adsense setup page:

    Or here https://google.com/adsense/adformats

I'm seeing 3 468x60 ads on your site which is all I should be seeing. Your code has 4 468x60 and one 120x600 Remove two of the 468x60s and the 120x600 might show up. What I'm saying is that you have two more ads than you're allowed to have.

Sometimes the ads don't show because of a lack of inventory perhaps, though this is more likely for a niche where there aren't many advertisers.

The problem was too many ads. I modified his code by removing the two extra ads as per my earlier post and then viewed it. The skyscraper showed up nice and pretty.

What you described this morning was valid code:

That's three ads and an ad link unit which is completely legal by TOS. When I first saw the page there was a completely different setup that WAS against TOS and was why the ads didn't show up.
