All home page listings end on different times. the longest one on there ends on 27th feb 2008. all the other links end sooner you can add alot more links, if you want to make money from homepage listings straight away.
The most sponsored listings i have had (in the colum on the right)on top92 is 22.

Can you provide proof of ownership? The domain name registration is in Canada and your other sites are registered in different names in the UK.

Hi i can proof ownership as its hosted on my server, i have not updated it in register fly.com as its still pointing to the previous owner.

i will only use paypal as its safer and more reliable.

Can i ask who the 3rd party is going to be? i know i brought this off another person a few months back, but its now in my hands 100%.
Who ever i choose at the end of auction will beable to downlaod it from my server, so i'm not quite sure what is going to be "sticky" as you stated

To help make the chosen buyer more comfortable with the deal, i will also allow this.......

When the auction is over, and a price is agreed, i would list it on ebay at a buy it now price, so the buyer can feel more comfortable with the sale!

i find this to be fair!

I'm the buyer. The 3rd party is the owner before you. If he drags his feet on the transfer and is not cooperative, then it's a pain.
