Well I can do skins/addons/installations/upgrades etc..

I've been using vBulletin since their 2.x series.

I just built and sold www.gfxeon.com recently.

Depending on what things (eg. 2 skins installed, 10 addons installed etc..) you need done and when you need them done, would determine an exact price. I can give you a approx ballpark of $20-25, for skin installation, installing addons and installing vbulletin.
