I must agree with everyone here, microsoft has gone downhill, and i would rather crack vista than buy it, because it isnt worth buying in the first place. MS should NOT release a bad OS like this, it is like feeding birds. Rob

Do you think SP2 will be out in a week I do. It has always amazed me how MS can get people to buy a beta product then realease a SP to fix it. Unfortunately my Laptop came with it if I had a choice I woould have gone XP just like my desktop!

Vista timer-stops, cracks and what not had released long time ago. I think that the Pantheon version is just a newer edition of it, only difference is that it comes pre-cracked.
The brute force crack was revealed to be a hoax, if that is what you are talking about, although it has been reported that in some cases it worked. The Pantheon release is based on the work of the Paradox hacker team, as the initial one didn't work all the time, or at least they said so. Regards, George
Why is everybody saying that Vista is bad just because it has been cracked by some guys? Even XP was cracked soon after it was released! XP has proven to be stable and so will Vista. MS never makes crap stuff, IMO. Just takes a little time for people to appreciate it.
Well, I had tested vista and removed it. the timerstop.sys crack works like a charm on vista ultimate. Also, I have this pantheon release Just for collection...I hate vista currently.
Poor microsoft... It was a similar story with XP though (apart from the sales). Microsoft will recover...I hope! I don't wanna have to grow up using a mac!!
I'm probably going to end up using vista but only after the kinks are worked out. I bought a laptop with vista and my video editing programs crash, my screen capture stuff doesn't. It doesn't play all my video formats well. Windows Media Player locks up randomly. my screen capture software doesn't work...and that annoying popup asking me to confirm everything was so annoying I ended up turning it off after the first day. but because a lot of the programs I use aren't mac compatible or linux compatible. I'm stuck
I don't unterstand some people, who says, Microsoft, Vista or Bill Gates are mad, poor and so on. I'm using Linux and Windows XP now and I have a possibility to compare different OS. Of course Linux is a great OS, but the quality of Windows XP is much better than Linux.
