That was really bad i got banned by adsense and my balance was $6000+ google says those were fraud clicks,anyway i got last months $2000 check. happy with it. oh there is no way had to be happy

I don't understand how they get away with not giving you any data about which site had the problem. I guess they figure you'd have to get a lawyer and subpoena the records and no one will. That and the fact that a lot of people who post here about getting banned seemed to have deserved it.
I would be interested in seeing what you emailed them for your first appeal. If you are doing $6,000 a month they usually review it pretty quick.
But you should be careful when posting your sites on forum, specially after I found out that there is a network of people from India scamming Adsense, they are exchange clicks among themselves, asking people to click on their links and so on.. I am sorry to hear you got banned, but......
Surely Google have to provide some hard evidence as to why they have banned you? It's the ethical thing to do really. Especially considering the amount.
