selling HYIP MONITORing site, makes ($50-$300 monthly)

I will sell this site if I recive good offer. Site is about 8 months old, and make incomes from $50-$300 depending on my work. Past months I havn't time at all for it so because of that I have idea to sell it, but just I said before, if I get good offer.
Also this site isn't for people who are looking only for adSense making money sites because revenue from adSense is just 15-30 monthly, main profits are from monitoring, advertising and investing in monitored programs, so this site is just for those who are familiar with HYIPs.
Site have more than 750 registred members, but after some techincal problems I loose whole database and hosting provider didn't have backup to offer me, so from that moment when I rebilid it until now it have 150+ registerd members. Also with site going (SMF) forum dedicated to HYIP subjects that have 100+ registered members (not same people like registered on site), basicaly You are bidding for hyip monitor with forum with sum:250+ signed members.
Also, if I recive good offer and decide to sell it, future owner with site will get instructions (what I was doing) for increasing traffic/revenue/number of members, etc.

The fact is, some of the country law is not strict about this yet. And the other fact is, this industry really have lots of visitor and traffic from it. We as webmasters, should maximise the potential to earn from it.

You just prove to DP members that you participate in scams, and people dealing with you on this forum should know about it.

Refering internet users to fraudulent investment schemes is totally unethical all over the world.

Do your own reseach and reading from many sources available on the net. This community is huge and grow from time to time. It was a dark side of internet world.

Yes i admit i involved in that industry as currency exchanger, programmer, website designer and forex trader since 3 years ago. But i never scam anyone!

 

I sent and sending info to all interested. all who don't know about those type of busness to look on google and wikipedia before asking info. Also, again more this isn't site for people who are interested just for adSense, because those type of income is about $30 monthly and it is less important source of incomes in this type of site

Auction closed but I didn't recived satisfing price (max bid was $675) so I didn't sell site, and now I would like to use this same thread, to find partner interested and expirienced to take this site for 50/50 profit.
