    Although they said reg fee which must have meant the OP had multiple years left.

    It was exactly what I thought. This thread caught my attention because people were saying $xxxx and more.

    What happens in the real world is you get an offer for costs and they won't sue you. Otherwise it goes to court. (Which is the path this one went down, smartly the OP accepted)

    keep in mind that wipo dispute costs $1250 + legal fee. prices under $300 should be reasonable.

    The sedo email said that they were just paying for the reg fee costs. You actually made a bit of a profit selling it for $70, because the yearly reg fee is $9.99 @ Godaddy.
