It's as simple as this: the old domain is banned. You need a new domain. There's nothing you can do with the banned domain.
actually my clients purchased this domain www.mortgagerefinancing.com for some huge amount and was so eager to earn money .....that made him do click fraud for which the google ads were banned and later i tried using my adsense account ,.....bt no ads were shown on the site ...... so this made be say that statement.. bt any ways i will try again and get back to yo u
For banned sites, you may be able to email google and they will generally tell you a reason why the site was banned. You can then try fixing the reason that it was banned and have google unban your site. I had one of my sites banned because I had images placed next to my ads which I did not know was against the tos. After emailing google and talking to a very friendly rep by email about my case, my site was unbanned. Email google and be patient. They do take a couple days to respond but are quite helpful.
