Whats the best stats plugin that will work in the latest version of Wordpress So many plugins just some to work anymore with the new version
Why not use Google Analytics? Or are you looking for something more detailed? Have you checked to see if Wp-Slimstat works with 2.0? Personally, I just use the awstats package via the cpanel control at my host.
the awstats package in the cPanel of your host is probably your best bet. It's really very detailed, and there's everything you need from a perfect WP plugin!
I use Google Analytics and I use MyBlogLog together. The latter's stats are real time while G.A. lags behind by several hours. Still, together I have all the information that I could possibly need to manage a successful blog.
FireStats is not bad as well, it's real-time while AwStats update daily. The other thing that I don't like in AwStats is that it makes no difference between backend and frontend... I was actually about to ask the same question, did you find any plug-ins better than FireStats/SlimStats? Intergrated in Wordpress?
I use PressStat reloaded, So far I like it better than Counter Stat. It gives me very detailed information
