    These sites together are currently making $100 - $200 per month. Both the sites are 5 months old.

    Ranked top 10 for "beginner java tutorial" keyword in almost all search engines

    Ranked top 10 for "jdbc tutorial" keyword in almost all search engines

    PRICE: $4500 --> and you get both of them

    Note: I dont want people telling me I can pay only 12x of the adsense amount as I know how much the site is worth now after getting listed in DMOZ a couple of days back. Now the links and page rank is gonna rise drastically on each page rank update. Right now its got PR 3. its all my original content and they are linked from wikipedia's java related pages also.

    Reason for sale is I want money for a new venture, and that is the creation of some J2EE Website.

    I am only looking for serious BUYERS. I dont want people asking me for stats and proofs for the heck of it.

    The way the site is progressing in traffic and Adsense income and fame and everything. It would hardly take 1.5 years or less to recover all or more amount then spent. Also Till June I would be supportinng my site with new pages and traffic drawing articles and more. So no worry about fresh content. After that you can take over the site.

    Site has made tremendous improvement

    Website Adsense Earning

    Feb 2007: $108.95

    March 2007 (upto 14th March): $78.32

    Not even Half the month of march is up.

    ALso Website traffic stats has improved drastically.

    Feb 2007: 12793 uniques

    March 2007 (upto 14th March): 8393 uniques
