What do you mean that my submission has started on the 2nd?
Do you expect me to do day dreaming or predict future?

I have not recieved any email from you until this morning when I last checked my hotmail account. Nothing from you. Not sure if there is any email now...

Piece of Advice: If you cannot take the work or complete in time please don't take money for it. Unless you want to register with some other userid and do the same.
Which I can see clearly that YOU ARE HONEST and DO NOT intend to do so!
I think you need to declare whilst taking anybody's order that the work cannot be finished before 2 months etc..that way both of you and purchaser are at ease...

    thanks

Also, as now you have mentioned, when my order is supposed to be finished?
As you have declared it started on 2nd. Give me a timeline please. As I am not recieving any email from directories I don't know what's happening there.

I give the credit (good or bad) where it's due, like surfaddict he did the work in time and for reasonable price and I mentioned the feb.25 guy already.

Unfortunately, yours is going in BAD review at the moment. It's upto you to make it a good one. I don't want my money back but I want the work to be done in time and good quality of it.

    thanks

So no reply from ABHIK anymore after almost 8 hours?
Should I assume money gone down the drain. And so as the rest of the innocent people on this forum?

    Dear Abhik,

It is now officially 33 days since I placed my order for 1000 directory submissions last January 31st. All this time, I have been waiting patiently for my order to be completed, with gentle but firm reminders via posting on your thread and via PM. During this time, I had to put up with repeated promises to start submissions immediately, only to see a couple of other customers of yours who placed orders after me get preferential treatment and have their work completed in a matter of days (Terry, 1000 order, payment made Feb 13th, work completed February 16th, delivery time of 3 days; scopeweb, 1000 order, payment made Feb 9th, work completed February 18th, delivery time of 9 days).

As of February 21st, you informed me via PM that you needed one more day to finish my order. Your PM on February 25th notified me that I was to receive the report of my 1000 directory submissions order in the evening. Your last PM to me on March 4th stated that you were sending the report in two hours. Up to now I'm still waiting.

I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt when you reasoned that you were busy transferring your operation to a new workplace, and I even encouraged others to cut you some slack and give you an opportunity to deliver the services ordered once you were done with the relocation. Now, I read on the thread that you were preoccupied with a friend's wedding. I wonder what tomorrow's excuse will be.

I'm known to have the patience of Job in situations where everyone else is brandishing pitchforks and calling for a public lynching. But I think the limits of this seemingly boundless patience of mine have been exceeded in this case. I leave it up to you to decide whether or not to refund me what I paid for the 1000 directory submission service.

    Disappointingly yours,
    Sirius Lee

P.S. I'm sorry it had to come to this. I wrote this post in the spirit of constructive criticism; it is up to you to take it positively or negatively. But I sincerely hope this prods you to improve your delivery of services. As it is, it will be hard for you to compete against others on DP who are delivering their services in a timely fashion.

Funny how a rant can get people to do the right thing, LOL! Abhik sent me the report seven minutes after I wrote the above post. Thanks for sending me this long overdue document. But seriously, you need to implement some basic time management if you're gonna continue offering this service.

Will review the report and comment on it shortly.

    Hi Abhik,

You seem to have had a hard time of it lately with people getting angry about the delays. I think everyone would have been a bit more understanding if you had posted frequent status updates. It's very frustrating to pay someone money and then not hear from them - there are so many thieves about!

Anyway you sound like an honest guy and you've always been very polite, I do appreciate the work you've done.

Thanks for the report and the 1001 submissions :)

Here are my comments on the report sent to me by Abhik detailing the results of the 1000 directories submission order I ordered from him. I've uploaded a copy of this report to a free server so anyone who wants to make sense of what I'm talking about can download a copy from this link. For the other clients of Abhik who have received reports from him concerning your order, you might want to scrutinize your reports with the following comments in mind:

    1) I noticed that you included in the report the submission of my website to directory.google.com . The fact is there is no way to submit a URL to Google Directory. The only way to get onto Google Directory is to be submitted and accepted to dmoz.org . Your report also indicated a submission to dmoz.org ; no problem with that, but why include directory.google.com in the report when submission to it isn't possible?

    2) I lost count of all the directories in your report that my website had already been submitted to and included in before I placed my order with you. If you really tried to submit to these directories, you would have received an error code from the directory stating that the URL already exists. Why is there no indication of that in the report? Instead, the report indicates successful submission to these directories.

    3) There are several directories in the list that do not have the proper category for my website (Religion and Spirituality, Paranormal), and yet, your report indicated successful submission to these directories. Some obvious ones are mysoccerlinks.com , marriage-contract.ca/directory , summer-daycamps.com , legal-help-directory.com , australian-dating-guide.com , freefunnyhumor.com , kingnintendo.com , realestateguide.net.au/directory , hotelbeam.com , yourgolfdirectory.com , and many more. None of these directories have any of the categories I provided to you for my directory submission, and yet, your report claims successful submission to them. I do not mind if submission attempts to certain directories are unsuccessful, but shouldn't these attempts be noted on the report as unsuccessful? Hell, I'm not so unreasonable to expect 1000 sucessful submissions out of 1000, but can't we have a little honesty here?

    4) The format of your report reminded me of the report generated by the digiXMAS program designed by Tuan Le Anh. So I decided to check out the digiXMAS Forum and I was shocked to find this thread where you and Tuan Le Anh posted:

    http://www.digixmas.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=208&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=

    Post by Abhik:

The current one is good though.
but, is it possible to make an option not to show directory number, PR or the category in Report? I know I can do it manually by editing thr rtf file, but that will take hell lot of time.
another option, mark all as Success/Bypassed/Failed when generating the report, will be great too.

I don't understand why you don't want to have such information in report. Is there some reason?

    Quoting Abhik:

I don't clearly get your point. You can choose what will be included in report Success/Bypassed/Failed/Pending/Listed by selecting in report option form.
    Regards,
    Tuan Le Anh.

What reason would you have to "mark all as Success/Bypassed/Failed when generating the report". The purpose of a report is to give an accurate record of a process or transaction. What need is there for wanting to do this? Even Tuan Le Anh was puzzled by your request.

From the discrepancies I pointed out above and the dubious nature of your post on the digiXmas Forum, I can only draw one conclusion, and, frankly, it disturbs me. :(

I am not the type of person that would want to create problems for honest people trying to earn a decent living, but when I feel like I'm being taken for a ride, I have no problems speaking my mind and letting the chips fall where they may.
