Does there need to be content where you put google search? Because ive been hearing that the ctr for a search box is pretty high, and am thinking of putting that on my proxified pages while people search. Would this be a good idea if i get around 300 people surfing a day? As in would the income be worth it, and is this allowed?

don´t do that. Just position your ads in a good way.
