Def. if your gonna sue them your gonna have to waste a heck a load of money and also if your case is weak your also gonna have to pay them a compensation.
Dont be so hungry for money, dont sue them. I think you are from India, and you don't have to provide tax ID in adsense, maybe that was some confusion
You can sue for anything you want. The point of your question would be, would I be succesful if I sued? Now, if you suffered a mental breakdown because of it, you probably would be succesful, because it would have been within the reasonable expectations of google, atleast that is what you would argue. Eithr way, your being pretty lame about this.

Well, bearing in mind that Bombaywala posted this yesterday, I think he suffered a stroke after reading such email, thus he is ready to sue them for premature death
