Half the links on your page don't work, and most users will just leave. You should also look into topsites and directories for your niche. Work on your slogan, you are basically telling people that they get everything free after one click, and that isn't true at all. It's a good idea, I think you could work with it a bit though. Please tell us what exactly you want to learn how to do. SEO? PR? Blogs? etc...
To me the best market is quite difficult to determine. The only thing that you can do is to try all the platforms or ways to market your site. There are many ways you can do to market your site. 1) link exhange with other sites that related to your site or complement to your site. 2) submit your site to directories as many as you can. 3) buy some high page rank links such as pr5 ++ (relevant of course) 4) put signature at forum 5) submit your site to social bookmarking sites.
