people also get banned for placing ads on blacklisted websites instantly. And have to prove they are a new owner AND that the site no longer violates TOS.

No.You cannot use Adsense on banned sites.

Otherwise everyone who is banned, would open accounts with different names and use Adsense again.

Maybe you can do the following if the content of the site is good. Buy another domain, change it with the old domain. choose another template. Change the content a little bit and start promoting the website again. If you have collected emails. Send the people that the page will move to another url. This is much work, but it is the only thing you can do, when google refuses the site again.

thanks Michelangelo! But how about redirecting techniques? i'll setup another domain, back up the database of my old domain, restore it to my new domain, then have the old domain redirected (including all pages) to the new domain. What do you think?

Well that might be ok, but make sure to put away the ads from the old page! This is important. On the other hand, if you only copy and paste the content from the old site to the new and, very important, the old page is indexed and the sites are cached, then google might think that it is dublicate content. You know what that mean. One last thing, if the old site is blacklisted and the blacklisted site redirects to an other one. It wouldn´t make google love the site. Because blacklisted sites are seen as unuseful sites.

its best to find out WHY he got banned.

in that way, you can rectify the mistakes. :)

    mate ..... i have a small question ......

so you think that if you place your adsense code will that work .....i guess NO

since google bans the site and no matter which adsense code you put ..it doesnt show ads ...as long as the site is put back to normal situation

i guess there is no tools to check whether the site had been banned. basically adsense banned account, not site.

you can have a clear view by typing site:xyz.com

if you get the results then fine ..orelse you can take it for granted that site is banned (provided your site is already indexed)
