Hai ... i just want to know... how we want to withdraw the paypall money... it's seems look difficult for Malaysia user to withdraw their money by ATM... any friends from malaysia or other country that can help us to solved this problem?
Ask for a cheque, it depends on the postal service of Malaysia, although cheque takes a while to arrive at your place. You need to ask for atleast 150$ if you want to ask for a cheque. Hope it helps Regards, Zeazt.
Its not neccesary to have a American Verified Paypal account. You can ask for a cheque, you just have to be from a place in which paypal operates, as there are some countries where paypal does not operate or does not avail its services Regards, Zeazt.
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside shows that Malaysia belongs to a country which can send and receive paypal payments but cannot withdraw by check or foreign bank account unless it is to a US Bank account. Maybe you got not much of a choice but to spend the money in one way or the other. Paypal does not offer the Debit Card or ATM card except to a few places.
That's bad. Another way would be looking for some Malaysians who need Paypal funds and exchange with him/her.
Not all country support that, particularly not Malaysia. Here in Singapore, a Credit Card is a Credit Card and can only be used for spending. The only time funds can be loaded to a credit card is through my bank account or if someone issue a refund for my earlier purchases.
Another way would be to excahnge paypal funds to moneybookers or e-gold and then get it cashed at your end. Just my 2 cents. Al
