Did you go through the whole thread? You will agree with me that he is the best after you do so. He had a guiness record by claiming that he did 1300 submissions in 2 hours.
I would like to recommend Amit Patel. I have got atleast 12 sites submitted to different directories by him and it was all great.
I think it's hard to decide what the best submission service is. Sometimes you just have to try a few to see which ones you like because every service is different in some way or another. I think a lot of people are basing their opinion on how many "Submission" e-mails they get. Submission e-mails only mean that your site was submitted to the directory and is awaiting approval. You have to wait many months (sometimes 3-6 months or even a year) before you can actually see the results in the search engines before you can decide if the submission was really worth it. If the submitter didn't submit your information correctly to the directories, then your link will more than likely not get accepted and only time will tell, as directories can take a long time to review your link (there have been reports of some directories with a backlog of up to 2 years waiting time). You just have to pick a service, try it out and hope for the best.
Makes you wonder how many employees he has or whether he uses an automatic submission program (which is not good).
I have used Aditya's service (from www.directoryplanet.us) for my directory of directories and some other sites and it worked great for me. They have only one package of 709 submissions which i used few times, they have amazing approval rates. I got more than 200 approvals in first week itself. I liked their well managed and daily reports sending style along with snapshots of each submission.
