My website is not working ... Can you help ?

    Hallo

    My server provider change to a new server and one of my wesites
    isn't working at the moment.when i open my website this message is
    displayed:

    Site error: the file /home/renier/public_html/global.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

    Does this meed that my server provider must install ionCube PHP ?

    yes.on a shared server,they need to install it.

    That's what i thought aswell .. I did inform them about
    the problem and they said they would fix it.

    if they dont fix the problem i can give u the direction from where u can download ionCube and how to install it.

    Thank you for the help. I have a share hosting account and dont have access
    to the main root or permision to intall any software. They installed this software yesterday and its working now :D :D

    Glad to hear it. It's a bit of a learning curve to start editing the necessary files yourself.
