Ok heres my first tip in getting free traffic. yes free!!! some of you may know this and some may not. but ill post anyway to help others that dont.. ok its simple really. join topsites related to your site/niche etc. join high pr ones to. this helps. use keywords and keyphrases when making ur title and description on these sites.. all that is required form you is to add a lil banner back to them. but this has ur id place in it. and each time a banner is clicked, you move up rankings. now depending on your traffic. you could achive top spot in no time on these topsites..these alos help with getting indexed by the search engines. try it out yourself. type your keyword followed by topsite in google etc. ive been dabbling with this for the passed few weeks and it works wanders on few of my sites. and best of all. its free hope that helps thanks dan
Hmmm, well if you're up to traffic, do not just focus on your content because if you have a site which is full of content but poor in design, it would be worthless. Have a knowledge on CSS and Web designing and know how to get traffic in no time using that kind of principle. quality content + good design = high traffic
like i said above. there are many out there and its no point linking to ones tht are not related to you.. or ur site. i cannot tell you ones i use as they r for dif niches n subjects.. tis why u need to have a look round and see.. it works. and like i say, its free. i agree there may not be certain topics. but there will be some...just depends on your target and niche
Let me correct something: quality content + good design + LINK BUILDING = high traffic You can have a great content and design, but if you not do link building, people will not know at all your site. You need to have other sources of traffic, not only the search engines. If you use only the search engines, that is suicide.

i don't think it will do you any good with google, just with yahoo, maybe more page rank, because this kind of links are not relevant.

There arent topsites for every niche. For example, if i have a niche health based domain there are very few or no topsites for that niche. So, this method only works for a few kinds of sites like proxy sites etc.,
You do realise that as most topsite scripts use redirect or tracking URLs it won't actually pass any PR or link benefit?
Oh, I forgot, thanks for the additional info. But in my own review, there are 77 ways to get traffic. Too many but some concepts are added.
